Family photos is always popular during the fall and I had the pleasure of photographing Monique and family this year for one of my family sessions. For their session we went up to the mountains of Cloudcroft to an area that actually had some fall foliage. The trees had turned a nice yellow at this location giving the golden fall look that so many look for during the fall photo season.
The family wore jeans for their photo shoot which is actually quite common for a fall session. Dad wore a nice button down shirt, cowboy hat, boots and had a big ole buckle as well. Mama wore a matching white shirt, a vest and some other accessories that just made a darling look. Their adorable son wore jeans boots, a button down shirt and he had a nice buckle just like dad.
This little guy has such an infectious smile. I've had the pleasure of doing several sessions for him and I always get several cute smiles out of him. He's just one happy little boy.
Monique arranged the dates for this session and the following day we were going to celebrate the little guys first birthday with a smash cake. She first wanted a nice family session and it was great to do another outdoor session for them since the last outdoor session was while she was pregnant with this adorable guy.
For one of our last shots we were at the overlook where you can see a lot of the Tularosa Basin. The scenic forest shot below is quite breath taking as well. I also enjoy working with this family and look forward to our next session.
