I had been awhile since I did a maternity shoot and learned that Mikayla was due soon.
I had just recently acquired a few new dresses so I happened to have a few on hand so we were able to get this done quickly.
We decided to base White Sands National Monument as our scene.
The new dress was working out well and as the sun went down we were able to get some beautiful golden colors in.
It wasn't but just a few days later that she gave birth to Maya and shortly afterwards we were able to photograph her newborn session.
